Tuesday, 5:15AM. Upper body push. Mobility exercises for hip between bench press sets.
WARMUP
Jumping Jacks – 25
Shoulder/Chest mobility with stick
Roller – lower body
Leg Swings – 15 sided to side, front to back
BENCH PRESS (5 min rest each set)

WORKOUT SUMMARY
Slept in an extra hour. Shoulder is improved from stretching/icing pectorals. I picked up a camcorder yesterday - I’ll be able to evaluate more closely what I’m doing. Videos are on the way.
