I’m still healing from surgery (12/12) – running and lower body lifting aren’t an option for at least a few more days. On Thursday I was sore from my body weight workout on Wednesday – mainly from the lunges. This AM I did a set of 61 pushups, stretched and used the PVC roller on the legs.
I forgot to mention I battled some type of bug between 12/9 and 12/11. It started with nausea (rare for me) and for a 24 hour period I was experiencing nausea, severe chills and fever simultaneously. My diet was thrown into chaos for a week afterward. I finally regained my appetite for protein yesterday.
