SUMMARY
Worked around soleus without aggravating it. The row intervals at 140 were just for active recovery (highest wattage for 250m is @ 430). Left calf tightened up after stepups. Trigger point work on legs and feet – then ice. Soleus soreness decreased today. Before or after pushups, low row is flat out hard after 20 reps. ART later today.
