Turkish Get Up // Windmill Combination – 3 each side x 50lb DB

Deadlift (5min rest between sets)

350 x 1 + Plyos
5min rest

350 x 1 + Plyos
5min rest

Bench Press

245 x 1
235 x 2
230 x 3
245 x 1

1 set of 15 pullups
