Leg Swings – 15 sided to side, front to back

Bench Press + Rope Skips (high speed) (5 min between sets)
225 x 1
Rope skip – 1 min
235 x 1
Rope skip – 1 min
237.5 x 1
Rope Skip – 1 min
225 x 1
Rope Skip – 1 min

Other
Turkish Get Up
3 x 50lb DB each side

1 Arm Snatch
10 x 65lb DB each side

The sciatic symptoms are less persistent this morning.  I may get out and do some strides on the grass tomorrow morning.
