BENCH PRESS (5 min rest each set)

225 x 3
185 x 2 (+ 12lb of chain)
185 x 2 (+ 12lb of chain)

DEADLIFT
Single Leg Romainian x 10 – 25lb DB

STRETCH
10 minutes – static
