Monday, 4:30AM;  Mobility and spine exercises, stretches, presses.

MOBILITY:   Jumping Jacks; Roller;  Leg Swings; Windmill x 5 – 35lb; Low back stretch; Broomstick rotations.

TURKISH GET UP
5 X 50LB DB

BENCH PRESS (5 min rest each set)
235 x 2
245 x 1
250 x 1
225 + 15lb chain x 1
225 + 13lb chain x 1

BAR DIPS (Chest)
Body Weight x 27

STATIC STRETCHES & ROLLER
Low back, piriformis, hamstrings, hip flexors
