WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
At home; Thursday, 8:30AM; Deadlifts, Plyometrics  & Bench Press

MOBILITY:   Jumping Jacks x 25; Roller; 45LB BAR – Good Morning x 20; Overhead Press x 15; RDL x 15;  Overhead Squat x 10; Turkish Getup x 5 – 25lb;

DEADLIFT & PLYOMETRICS (5 min rest each set)
Conventional

347.5 x 2
16″ plyos

BENCH PRESS (4 min rest each set)
235 x 2
247.5 x 1
252.5 x 1
250 x 1
247.5 x 1
240 x 1
205 + 13lb chain x 6
