WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Saturday, 9:00AM; Deadlifts & Sprints

MOBILITY:   Jumping Jacks x 25; Roller; 45lb bar – 20 reps each – Good Morning; Overhead Press; RDL + Shrug + Calf Raise;  Overhead Squat.

DEADLIFT (5 min rest each set)
Sumo
320 x 1 (PR)
315 x 2
315 x 2

1/4 mile jog to park

SPRINTS (4 min walk between reps)
8 x 25meters in tall grass – 100% effort

1/4 mile jog home

I’m building a taller plyo box this weekend.
