Deadlift

WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Monday, 4:15AM; TGU, Deadlifts, Plyometrics & Sprints

MOBILITY:   Jumping Jacks x 25;  45lb bar – 20 reps each – Good Morning; Overhead Press; RDL + Shrug + Calf Raise;  Lunge; Overhead Squat;

TURKISH GETUP (L/R – 1 Rep)
1 x 50lb db
1 x 50lb vest + 25lb db
1/2 rep x 95lb bar (right side only)

DEADLIFT, PLYOMETRICS & SPRINTS (5 min rest after each sprint/plyos set)
Conventional
335 x 2
25 meter sprint
335 x 2
25 meter sprint
335 x 2
25″ plyometrics (box jump – forward, backward, left, right)
335 x 2 (fast)
25″ plyos
245 x 4 (5″ platform; double overhand grip)
25 meter sprint
Plyos – 23″ box

WEIGHTED PULLUP
5 x 50lb vest

ROLLER & STATIC STRETCH
