WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Friday, 4:30AM; Focus on the spine – mobility & strength

MOBILITY:    Jumping Jacks – 25; 95lb barbell combination- 5 reps each – Good Morning; Overhead Press; RDL + Shrug + Calf Raise;  Lunge; Overhead Squat

TURKISH GET UP (L/R = 1 Rep; 5 min rest each set)
65lb barbell x 2
65lb barbell x 2
65lb barbell x 2

SAXON BEND
8lb Med Ball x 10 each side

WINDMILL
45lb bar x 5 each side

STATIC STRETCH, DYNAMIC STRETCH & ROLLER
