WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Sunday, 10AM;  Deadlifts, Plyometrics & Sprints, TGU PR

MOBILITY:   Jumping Jacks x 25;  45lb bar – 20 reps each – Good Morning; Overhead Press; RDL + Shrug + Calf Raise;  Lunge; Overhead Squat;

DEADLIFT, PLYOMETRICS & SPRINTS (5 min rest after each sprint/plyos set)
Sumo
315 x 2
25″ plyos
300 x 3
25 meter sprint
245 x 4 (double overhand grip)
25″ plyos

TURKISH GETUP (L/R = 1 Rep)
1 x 95lb Barbell  VIDEO

WEIGHTED PULLUP
7 x 50lb vest VIDEO

FARMER WALK
1minute 15 second + 50lb vest + 2 x 50lb dumbbells

ROLLER & STATIC STRETCH
