WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Wednesday, 4:15AM; Bench Press, Flexibility

MOBILITY:    Jumping Jacks x 25; 45lb bar – 20 reps each – Good Morning; Overhead Press; RDL + Shrug + Calf Raise;  Overhead Lunge; Overhead Squat

TURKISH GETUP (L/R = 1 Rep)
5 x 35lb db (non-stop)

ROLLER & STATIC STRETCHES

BENCH PRESS (5 min rest each set)
225 x 2
225 x 3
225 x 2
225 x 2
