WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Thursday 6:30PM;  Deadlifts, Plyometrics & Sprints, Pullups

MOBILITY:   Jumping Jacks x 25;  45lb bar – 20 reps each – Good Morning; Overhead Press; RDL + Shrug + Calf Raise;  Lunge; Overhead Squat;

DEADLIFT, PLYOMETRICS & SPRINTS (5 min rest after each sprint/plyos set)

25″ plyometrics
330 x 1
25 meter sprint
320 x 2
25 meter sprint
1 finger pullup x 1
245 x 4 (Conventional, DoubleHandGrip, 5″ Platform)

1 finger pullup x 2
155 + 26lbs chain x 8 (fast, doublegrip, sumo)
plyos

WEIGHTED PULLUP
8 x 50lb vest
