WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Tuesday 6:30PM;  Deadlifts, Plyometrics & Sprints, Pullups

MOBILITY:   Jumping Jacks x 25;  45lb bar – 20 reps each – Good Morning; Overhead Press; RDL + Shrug + Calf Raise;  Lunge; Overhead Squat; TGU – 1 x 65lb Bar

DEADLIFT, PLYOMETRICS & SPRINTS (5 min rest after each sprint/plyos set)
Sumo
335 x 2*
25″ plyometrics
335 x 2
25 meter sprint
270 x 3 (Conventional; Fast; Double pronated grip)
25 meter sprint
 

WEIGHTED PULLUP
5 x +60lbs

WINDMILL
5 x 35lb db

SAXON BEND
10 x 10lb ball
