WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Monday 6:30PM; Bench Press, Overhead Press, Dips

MOBILITY:    Jumping Jacks x 25; 45lb bar – 20 reps each – Good Morning; Overhead Press; RDL + Shrug + Calf Raise;  Overhead Lunge; Overhead Squat

WINDMILL
5 x 25lb db each side

ROLLER & STATIC STRETCHES

BENCH PRESS (5 min rest each set)
205 x 3 (pause at chest; normal grip)
205 x 3 (pause; wide grip)
225 x 3 (pause; narrow grip)

Overhead Press (5 min rest each set)
135 x 3
135 x 3
135 x 3

WEIGHTED DIPS (5 min rest each set)
5 x +50lb
5 x +50lb
5 x +50lb
