ROLLER & STATIC STRETCHES

MOBILITY:    Jumping Jacks x 25; 45lb bar – 20 reps each – Good Morning; Overhead Press; RDL + Shrug + Calf Raise;  Lunge; Overhead Squat

DEADLIFT
245 x 2
3 sets of 155 x 5

TURKISH GETUP (L/R = 1 rep)
5 x 45lb bar

OVERHEAD PRESS (5 min rest each set)
135 x 4
135 x 4
134 x 4

DIPS to PULLUPS (5 min rest each set)
5 x +50
5 x +50
