MOBILITY:    Jumping Jacks x 25; Leg Swings; 95lb bar  – Good Morning x 10; Lunge x 20; RDL + Shrug + Calf Raise x 10;   Overhead Squat x 10; Scorpions

TURKISH GETUP (L+R = 1 Rep)
75lb barbell x 5 (6min15sec)

PULLUP
Body Weight x 20 

WEIGHTED WALK
50lb vest.  1/2 MILE – 11min

SUMMARY 
Energy level and right hip are improved.
