Tuesday, 10AM; TGU, Overhead Press,  Squats, Burpees and Other

MOBILITY:    Jumping Jacks x 25; 75lb bar – 20 reps – Good Morning; 10 reps – Overhead Press; 20 reps – RDL + Shrug + Calf Raise;  10 reps – Lunge; Scorpions, Windmills

ROLLER

TURKISH GETUP (1 Rep = Left/Right)
1 x 97.5 barbell (VIDEO!)

WEIGHTED PULLUP
0 X 105lbs (missed at top)

OVERHEAD PRESS (5 min rest each set)
