WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Monday 8PM:

MOBILITY
Jumping Jacks x 25;  75lb barbell combination – GoodMorning x 20; Military Press x 10; Romanian Deadlift + Shrug + Calf Raise x 20; Lunge x 10; Overhead Squat x 10

TURKISH GETUP (both sides – 1 Rep)
75lb barbell x 2 (hard)

BENCH PRESS (5min rest each set)
225 x 2
225 x 2

WEIGHTED DIPS & ARM DRILLS
5 x +50lb Vest
Arm sprint motion with 15lb dumbells – 1:00min
5 x +50lb Vest
Arm drills – 1:00min
