WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Thursday 4:15AM;  BenchPress, Dips, Pikes.

MOBILITY:   Jumping Jacks x 25;  Roller; Leg Swings; 45lb bar – 20 reps each – Good Morning; Overhead Press; RDL + Shrug + Calf Raise;  Lunge x 10; Side Lunge (new) x 10;  Overhead Squat x 20; and Single Leg Deadlift x 20(new); Broomstick rotations.

BENCH PRESS (5 min rest each set)
230 X 2
230 X 2
230 X 2
230 X 2
230 X 2
230 X 2
Between each set I completed sets of 5 hanging pikes with strict form; and, spent two minutes with lower body static stretches.

WEIGHTED DIPS
5 x + 50lb
5 x + 50lb

SAXON BENDS
20 x 10lb Ball

SUMMARY
There was pronounced tightness in my right hip and hamstrings – due to deadlifts and sprints yesterday.
