WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Friday – 4:15AM;  Bench Press

MOBILITY:   Roller; Jumping Jacks x 25;  95lb bar – Good Morning x 20; Overhead Press x 10; RDL + Shrug + Calf Raise x 10;  Lunge x 10; Overhead Squat x 10.

TURKISH GETUP (BOTH SIDES = 1 REP)
65lb barbell x 2

BENCH PRESS (5 minute rest each set)
235 x 2
235 x 2
232.5 x 2
230 x 2
230 x 2

HANGING PIKES & OBLIQUE TWISTS
5 + 5
5 + 5
