WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Saturday 10:30AM;  TGU; Deadlifts, Plyometrics & Sprints.

MOBILITY:   Jumping Jacks x 25;  Leg Swings; 45lb bar – Good Morning x 20; Overhead Press x 20; RDL + Shrug + Calf Raise x 20;  Side Lunge x 10; Overhead Squat x 20.

TURKISH GETUP (Both Sides + 1 Rep)
105 barbell x 1 (Personal Best)

DEADLIFT (5 minute rest each set)
Sumo
315 x 2
Plyometrics 25″ Box
300 x 4
Plyos

RUN (balls of feet; flat shoes)
1/4 Mile – fast tempo

HANGING TORSO RAISES, PULLUPS, CHINUPS, DIPS
@ 100 reps total

SPRINTS (grass, 3 minute recovery)
4 x 25 meters

RUN (fast tempo)
1/4 Mile
