WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Sunday 6:30AM;  BENCH PRESS, SINGLE LEG WORK, SPINE/TORSO, GC.      

MOBILITY:   Jumping Jacks x 25;  45lb bar – Good Morning x 20; Overhead Press x 20; RDL + Shrug + Calf Raise x 20;  Side Lunge x 10; Overhead Squat x 20.

BENCH PRESS (5 minute rest each set)
225 x 4
235 x 2
240 x 1
240 x 1
230 x 2

SINGLE LEG DEADLIFTS (Each side)
25lb DB x 10
50lb DB x 10

RUN (balls of feet; flat shoes)
1/4 Mile – fast tempo

BURPEES, HANGING TORSO RAISES, JUMPING JACKS, MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
5 sets of:
20 Jacks
10 Burpees
20 Climbers
8-10 Raises

RUN (fast tempo)
1/4 Mile
