WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Tuesday 4:00AM  Turkish Getup, Deadlift, Press, Sprints, Overhead Squats, Single Leg Work.

MOBILITY:   Jumping Jacks x 25;  Leg Swings, Roller, 45lb bar – Good Morning x 20; Overhead Press x 20; RDL + Shrug + Calf Raise x 20;  Side Lunge x 20; Overhead Squat x 20; Turkish Getup – 1 x 95lb (both sides)

DEADLIFT & SPRINT
330 x 2
25 meter Sprint

OVERHEAD PRESS & SPRINT (5 minute rest each set)
155 x 1
25m sprint
155 x 2
25m sprint
155  x 1
25m sprint
155 x 1
25m sprint

PIKES & DIPS
10 Pikes / 5 dips + 50lb vest
10 / 5 + 50
8 / 5 + 50
OVERHEAD SQUAT & CURLS (5 min rest)
95lb bar x 5 followed by 3 x 50lb db bicep curls on one leg
95lb bar x 5 – 8 x 30lb db curls 1 leg
95lb bar x 5 – 8 x 30lb db curls 1 leg

WINDMILLS
5 x 35lb db each side
