WORKOUT DESCRIPTION  Thursday, 6AM; Continued recovery week.  Transitioning to sprint training;  Moderate Intensity, Moderate volume, general conditioning.  Today I increased the weight on the bar by 30lbs. Next week I’ll begin another cycle of heavy deadlifts and begin emphasizing sprint training.  I had chiro and massage last night. The back and hips showed good movement and flexibility.

MOBILITY  Jumping Jacks x 25

Non stop – 185lb Barbell – 10 Deadlift + Shrug + Calf Raise (snatch grip)
15 Front Dips
5 Speed Pullups
25Meter Sprint
4 Bicep Curls 50lb DBs (Stand on one leg)*  Sets 3&4 – Overhead Triceps with 40lbDB
Rest 5 minutes – Repeat 4 times

185 x 3
175 x 2

Tomorrow morning – Hydrostatic Body Fat Test.
