My goal for January was 10%.  I’ve dropped 10lbs of fat and added almost a 1lb of muscle since February.   This was no easy feat with low volume workouts and minimal cardio or interval work.   I’m a little surprised – over the past few months, I haven’t paid attention to fat loss – just staying with my routine of protein, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds.   Apparently it works.  The biggest difference in my diet this year was the elimination of grains and increase in protein and fat.

I will get to 9% by the end of January.
