WORKOUT DESCRIPTION  Monday, 4:30AM; First day of new deadlift cycle.  Transitioning to sprint training.

MOBILITY  45lb bar combination = 20 reps each (in order)  GoodMorning, Overhead Press, Romanian Deadlift with shrug/calf raise, Lunge, Overhead Squat 

DEADLIFT & SPRINTS (5 min rest each set)
325 x 2  25meter sprint
315 x 2  25meter sprint
245 x 4  (snatch grip) 25 meter sprint
245 x 4 (alternate grip; speed) 25 meter sprint
