WORKOUT DESCRIPTION  Thursday 4AM.  Deadlifts and plyometrics.

MOBILITY – Jumping Jacks x 25; Rope Skip Run – 4 x 25Meters; 45lb bar combination = 20 reps each (in order)  GoodMorning, Overhead Press, Romanian Deadlift with shrug/calf raise, Lunge, Overhead Squat 

DEADLIFT & PLYOMETRICS (5 min rest each set)
325 x 2  25″ plyometric box jumps
315 x 2  plyos
315 x 2  plyos
255 x 4  (snatch grip) plyos
255 x 4 (alternate grip; speed) plyos

PM Workout:  cycling 30 minutes on the rollers – high tempo.
