WORKOUT DESCRIPTION – Sunday, 10AM; Deadlifts & Sprints.

MOBILITY  Run/JumpRope – 4 x 25meters;  45lb bar combination = 20 reps each: GoodMorning, Overhead Press, Romanian Deadlift with shrug/calf raise, Lunge, Overhead Squat 

DEADLIFT & SPRINTS (5 min rest each set)
335 x 2  25meter sprint
335 x 2  25meter sprint
315 x 3  25 meter sprint
315 x 3  25 meter sprint

CLEAN
205 x 1

CLEAN & JERK
155 x 8
