WORKOUT DESCRIPTION – Thursday – 4:15AM;  Bench Press.      

MOBILITY – Skip rope – 1 minute;   75lb bar – 20 reps each – Good Morning;  RDL + Shrug + Calf Raise;  Lunge; 10 reps each Overhead Press; and Overhead Squat.

ROLLER

BENCH PRESS (5 minute rest each set)
225 x 3 
235 x 2
245 x 1 
240 x 1
155 (+13lb chain) x 8 – speed
155 (+chain) x 8 – speed
