WORKOUT DESCRIPTION – Friday, 5:30PM; Deadlifts & Sprints.

MOBILITY 45lb bar combination = 20 reps each: GoodMorning, Overhead Press, Romanian Deadlift with shrug/calf raise, Lunge, Overhead Squat

DEADLIFT & SPRINTS (5 min rest each set)
365 x 1  25meter sprint
355 x 1  25meter sprint
345 x 1  25 meter sprint
315 x 3  (1 x Dble Pronated Grip; 2 x Alternate Grip) 25 meter sprint
245 x 8 (Dble Pronated Grip; Speed) 25 meter sprint


SUMMARY These were the heaviest singles I’ve done in two months.
