MOBILITY   1/4 mile jog to Body Tribe Fitness; 95lb bar combination – Good Morning x 20, Overhead Press x 10, 135lb bar Romanian Deadlift with shrug/calf raise x 10, 95lb Bar – Lunge x 20 Overhead Squat x 10; roller

BENCH PRESS (5 min rest each set)
225 x 4
245 x 2
255 x 1   15 front dips
135 x 10 + @40lbs of chain (speed) 10 front dips
135 x 10 + chain 10 front dips  

1/4 mile fast pace
