WORKOUT DESCRIPTION – Monday 9AM; Deadlift & Plyometrics

MOBILITY 1/4 mile quick tempo to Body Tribe Fitness; 95lb bar – GoodMorning x 20, Overhead Press x 10,  Romanian Deadlift with shrug/calf raise x 10, Overhead Squat x 10; Lunge x 10

DEADLIFT, PLYOMETRICS (5 min rest each set)
CONVENTIONAL
355 x 1 + 20″ Plyometrics
335 x 2 + plyos
225 x 4 (snatch grip)+ plyos; skip rope 30secs, 25 resisted mountain climbers
225 x 5 (snatch grip)+ plyos; skip rope 30secs, 25 resisted mountain climbers

SPRINT STARTS
2 sets of 10 starts onto 1 foot box followed by 25 explosive mountain climbers
