A Good Start

Yesterday – mile in 8 minutes to check the status of my recovery.

MOBILITY  Jumping Jacks x 25; Windmills – 5 x 10lb ball each side; 65lb bar combo – 20 Reps each  – Good Morning; Overhead Press; Romainian Deadlift + Shrug + Calf Raise; Lunge; Overhead Squat

COMBINATION  (No rest between movements)
155lb Barbell – 10 x Romainian Deadlift + Shrug + Calf Raise (snatch grip)
25 Pushups
25 Meter Sprint
Tricep Extensions – 10 x 65lb ez curl bar
Rest 5 minutes – Repeat 4 times

5 x 45lb DB (1 rep = both sides)

After a two week layoff, my movements feel awkward. My left shoulder and chest are tight from all the pushups I’ve been doing.
