WORKOUT DESCRIPTION – Wednesday, 8AM; Deadlifts & Plyometrics.

MOBILITY 1/4 mile jog to Body Tribe gym; 25 Jumping Jacks; 85lb bar combination = 20 reps each: GoodMorning, , Romanian Deadlift with shrug/calf raise, Lunge. 10 Reps – Overhead Press; Overhead Squat;

DEADLIFT & PLYOMETRIC (5 min rest each set)
305 x 3 18″ plyometrics
305 x 3 plyos; roller
305 x 3 plyos; roller
255 x 5 (snatch grip) plyos

TORSO RAISE/MOUNTAIN CLIMBER/TURKISH GETUP (1 minute rest each set)
10 front raises – 25 mountain climbers – TGU – 1 x 65lb db
10 left oblique raises – 25 mc – TGU – 1 x 75lb db
10 right oblique raises – 25 mc – TGU – 1 x 85lb db

PULLUPS
2 sets of 5 for speed.

SUMMARY
I’ll be getting back on the track this week to get a baseline and sprint targets for my training in the coming month.
