WORKOUT DESCRIPTION – Tuesday, 1100AM; Bench Press.

MOBILITY   1/4 mile jog to Body Tribe Fitness; 85lb bar combination – GoodMorning x 20, Overhead Press x 10,  Romanian Deadlift with shrug/calf raise x 20, Lunge x 20 Overhead Squat x 10; roller

BENCH PRESS (5 min rest each set)
225 x 4
245 x 2
235 x 3
225 x 5  + 15 front dips
