Deadlift

WORKOUT DESCRIPTION – Wednesday, 8:30AM; Deadlifts, Plyometrics.

MOBILITY 1/4 mile jog ; 25 Jumping Jacks; Step Over/Unders – 3 ft bar; 45lb bar combination = 20 reps each: GoodMorning, Overhead Press; Overhead Squat; Lunge; 5 x Side Lunge; 135lb bar – Romanian Deadlift with shrug/calf raise

DEADLIFT & PLYOMETRIC (5 min rest each set)
345lbs x 2  18″ plyometrics
305 x 4 18″  plyos
305 x 4 18″ plyos

TORSO RAISES
4 each oblique
8 front

CLEAN & PRESS
135lb X 5
