WORKOUT DESCRIPTION – Thursday, 8:30AM; Bench Press; Overhead Press.

MOBILITY   1/4 mile jog; 25 Jumping Jacks;  Leg Swings – each leg 15 to side & 15 forward; Run/Jump Rope.

BENCH PRESS (5 min rest each set)
245 x 2  + 5 x 8lb ball slams
255 x 1  + 5 x 8lb ball slams

OVERHEAD PRESS (5min rest each set)
155 x 1 + 5 x 20lb ball slams
135 x 5 + 5 x 20lb ball slams
135 x 5 + 5 x 20lb ball slams

LEG WINDMILL -SUPINE (Cue:Laying on back, swing leg/foot to opposite shoulder – alternate back and forth)
25 each leg

TURKISH GET UP
50lb DB X 5 each side (fast)
