WORKOUT DESCRIPTION – Thursday, 9:00AM; Bench Press; Overhead Press.

MOBILITY   Roller; Static stretches; 1/4 mile fast pace run

BENCH PRESS (5 min rest each set)
225 x 5  + 5 x 20lb ball slams
225 x 5  + ball slams
135 x 5 + 50lb Chain + ball slams
135 x 5 + 50lb Chain + ball slams

LEG WINDMILL – SUPINE (Cue:Laying on back, swing leg/foot to opposite shoulder – alternate back and forth)
2 Sets of 20 each leg

RUSSIAN TWISTS
8 X 45lb bar – each side
8 x 95lb bar – each side

1/4 Mile Stride
