WORKOUT DESCRIPTION – Saturday, 8:00AM; Deadlifts, Plyometrics.

MOBILITY 1/4 mile jog; 25 Jumping Jacks; Leg Swings; 65lb bar combination = 20 reps each: GoodMorning, Overhead Press; Lunge;

DEADLIFT & PLYOMETRIC (5 min rest each set)
305 x 3 + 18″ plyos + 5 Saxon Bends with 10lbs
305 x 3 + 18″ plyos + 5 Saxon Bends with 10lbs
300 x 3 + 18″ plyos + 5 Saxon Bends with 10lbs
225 x 4 – (Fast with Snatch Grip) + 18″ plyos
225 x 4 – (Fast with Snatch Grip) + 18″ plyos
