WORKOUT DESCRIPTION – Saturday, 8:00AM; Combinations.

MOBILITY 1/4 mile walk; Leg Swings; 45lb bar combination = 20 reps each: Good Morning (forward & alternate Leg); Overhead Press; Lunge (forward & back); Overhead Squat.

COMBINATIONS – 4 sets (5 min rest each set)
Bench Press – 135 x 8 + 50lb Chain
Dips – 10
Row – 135lb Bar – 5
Serratus Raises – 45lb bar – 20
Pullups – 5
Hanging Raises or Wipers – 8

SUPINE WINDMILLS
20 each side

STATIC STRETCHES
