MOBILITY 1/4 mile walk; Jumping Jacks x 25; Burpees x 25; Mountain Climbers x 20

BENCH PRESS (5 min rest each set)
235 x 1 + 5 x 20lb ball slams + 40 x Supine Windmill
250 x 1 + 5 x 20lb ball slams + 40 x Supine Windmill

OVERHEAD PRESS
(5 min rest each set)
155 x 1 + 5 x 20lb ball slams + 40 x Supine Windmill
165 x 1 + 5 x 20lb ball slams + 40 x Supine Windmill
