WORKOUT DESCRIPTION – Tuesday, 11:00AM; Deadlifts, Plyometric, TGU.

MOBILITY 1/4 mile walk; 25 Jumping Jacks; Leg Swings; 95lb bar combination – GoodMorning x 20, Overhead Press x 10 ; Lunge x 20; OHP x 10;

DEADLIFT & PLYOMETRIC (5 min rest each set)
305 x 3 + 20″ plyos
305 x 3 + 20″ plyos
305 x 3 + 20″ plyos
225 x 4 – (Fast with Snatch Grip) + 20″ plyos
225 x 4 – (Regular Pronated Grip) + 20″ plyos

TURKISH GETUP (1 Rep = both sides)
105lb barbell x 1
