MOBILITY 1/4 mile walk; Leg Swings; 65lb bar combination; Good Morning x 20; Overhead Press; Lunge (forward, side & back) x 40; Overhead Squat x 20

TURKISH GETUP (1 REP = BOTH SIDES)
5 X 45LB Bar

SINGLE LEG DEADLIFT
8 x 35lb DB each leg

DEADLIFT
Cross-body Deadlift with really large kettlebell – 5 each side
135lb Bar x 5 Conventional + 5 x Sumo

RUSSIAN TWISTS
45LB BAR – 8 each side
45LB BAR – 8 each side with a lunge

STATIC STRETCHES
20 minutes

1/4 mile jog
