Tweaked my lower right lumbar area during warmup (20 x 95lb Good Morning).

COMBINATION (Repeat x 5 with 2 min rest each set)
Jumping Jacks x 25
Burpee x 10
Mountain Climbers x 25

OVERHEAD SQUAT (5 min rest each set)
95 x 5
135 x 5
140 x 2
