Achilles

WORKOUT DESCRIPTION – Friday, 8:00AM; Active Recovery

MOBILITY – 1/4 mile jog; 25 Jumping Jacks

COMBINATION – 3 Sets (2 min rest each set)
Overhead Squat – 115 x 3
Burpees (precise pushup) x 10
10 meter walk with dynamic stretches

DEADLIFT – Conventional
255 x 6

SQUAT – Box
3 sets of 115 x 5

1/4 mile walk
