MOBILITY Roller; 1/4 mile jog; 25 Jumping Jacks; 45lb bar combo – 20 reps each: GoodMorning, Overhead Press, Lunge, Romanian Deadlift, Overhead Squat

BENCH PRESS & PLYOMETRIC (5 min rest each set)
235 x 3 + 5 x plyo pushup
245 x 2 + 5 x plyo pushup
250 x 1 + 5 x plyo pushup

Static Stretches
1/4 mile walk

TUESDAY

WORKOUT DESCRIPTION –  8:30AM; Deadlifts, Plyometric.

MOBILITY  Roller; 1/4 mile jog; 25 Jumping Jacks

DEADLIFT & PLYOMETRIC (5 min rest each set)
311 x 2 + 18″ plyos
301 x 2 + 18″ plyos
301 x 2 + 18″ plyos
281 x 4 + 18″ plyos

Static Stretches

1/4 mile walk
