WORKOUT  – 8:30AM; Deadlifts, Sprints.

MOBILITY Roller; 1/4 mile jog; 45lb bar combo

DEADLIFT & PLYOMETRIC (5 min rest each set)
Sumo
303 x 4 + 25 meter sprint
313 x 2 + 25 meter sprint
313 x 3 + 25 meter sprint

STATIC STRETCHES & ROLLER

PLANK
1 min alternating on one leg up every 5 seconds
30 seconds each side

1/4 mile walk
