Deadlift

WORKOUT DESCRIPTION – 8:30AM; Deadlifts, Plyometrics.

MOBILITY  1/4 mile jog; Swept sidewalk – 10 minutes; Over-Unders

DEADLIFT & PLYOMETRIC (5 min rest each set)
Conventional
331 x 2 + 18″ plyos x 4
311 x 3 + 18″ plyos x 4
311 x 2 + 18″ plyos x 4
223 x 3 (snatch grip) + 18″ plyos x 4

ROLLER

1/4 mile walk
